Privacy policy

What we collect when you read Mixero VPN, why, for how long, and how to use your rights.

§01

Who we are and what this policy covers

This privacy policy explains what happens to your data when you visit mixer0.com. The short version: we collect very little, and we never sell it.

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is [COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME], [STREET_ADDRESS], [POSTAL_CODE] [CITY], [COUNTRY]. You can reach us at [email protected]. This policy applies to mixer0.com only, not to websites we link to.

§02

What data we collect

When you open a page, the web server receives technical information that every browser sends: the IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and the browser and operating system type. This data is stored in server log files.

We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, for example to detect attacks or fix errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a stable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after 14 days, unless a specific security incident requires us to keep a record longer.

We do not run advertising trackers, social media plugins or cross-site analytics. We do not build visitor profiles.

§03

How long we keep data

Data Purpose Kept for
Server log files Security, error fixing 14 days
Emails you send us Answering your request Until the matter is closed
Security incident records Investigating an attack Until the incident is resolved

We do not keep any other categories of visitor data, and we never combine log entries with other sources to identify a visitor.

§04

Cookies and local storage

Mixero VPN sets no tracking cookies. The pages work fully without cookies. If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

§05

Third-party services

Our pages load web fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address. If you prefer to avoid this, your browser can block external fonts, and the site will fall back to system fonts. Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not pass your data to any other party unless the law requires it.

§06

When you email us

If you write to us, we store your address and message to answer you. We delete the correspondence once the matter is closed, unless legal retention periods apply. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering it.

§07

International data transfers

Some service providers, such as the font service mentioned above, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on standard contractual clauses that oblige the provider to protect your data to a comparable level. You can ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguards.

§08

Children

Mixero VPN is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

§09

Your rights

  • Access to the data we hold about you, and a copy of it.
  • Correction of inaccurate data and deletion of data we no longer need.
  • Restriction of processing and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Data portability where processing is based on consent or contract.
  • A complaint to a data protection supervisory authority.

To use any of these rights, send an email to the address above. We respond within one month.

§10

Security and changes to this policy

The whole site is served over HTTPS, and access to server logs is limited to the people who maintain the site. We use current server software and apply security updates promptly. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the little data we hold. We update this policy when our practices or the law change; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
